Your contribution will help deliver high-impact solutions in financial services – data governance and regulatory data quality programmes that shape how one of the world's largest banks manages and protects its data.

What you'll be doing

You'll step in as a PMO, working closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers, and a wide range of delivery stakeholders – from Managers to Managing Directors. Your role will be central to ensuring project and programme governance, metrics, and reporting are maintained to standard across the client's portfolio – not just execution.

• Supporting the Programme Manager and cooperating with Project Managers to ensure delivery within agreed cost, quality, and timescale objectives.
• RAID monitoring and escalation to successful resolution.
• Managing and monitoring delivery governance arrangements, adhering to client's Change Framework.
• Monitoring, reporting, and managing delivery budgets and expenditure.
• Proactively tracking benefits and OKRs against committed targets.
• Promoting quality reporting on delivery status updates, RAIDs, milestones, and OKRs.
• Implementing DAO delivery standards and undertaking quality assurance checks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Acting as Change Framework SME – managing internal communications and delivering training for methodology changes.
• Providing expertise and best practice on agile ways of working, including advice on Jira and Confluence.
• Managing and updating project documentation, process documents, and information sources.
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders across a global matrix organisation.

Must have:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a PMO role.
• Proven track record in project management involving cross-functional, global teams.
• Experience working in data-related change programmes.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Experience with agile management tools: Jira, Confluence, Clarity.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders (IT and Business) at all levels within a global matrix organisation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to coordinate and analyse multiple project and workstream data.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in data issue remediation projects and data quality programmes.
• Ability to provide Programme and Project Managers with ideas and proposals on how to resolve data-related project problems.
• Experience within financial services.
• Proven experience designing and implementing process improvement at Portfolio or Programme level.
