Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst who will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable insights and technical requirements. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to influence how processes and products evolve through data-driven decision-making.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll work with Product Owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define user stories, analyze complex datasets, design process improvements and deliver solutions that create measurable business value.

• Partner with product teams to understand business objectives and define user requirements.
• Analyze data using Excel, SQL, or BI tools to inform decisions and assess project feasibility and impact.
• Document user needs and translate them into clear, structured technical specifications for development teams.
• Create visual models (process maps, flowcharts) for current and future workflows.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions to gather comprehensive requirements.
• Draft and maintain high-quality documentation such as BRDs, Functional Specification Documents, and user stories.
• Recommend continuous process improvements and collaborate across teams to eliminate inefficiencies.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Expertise in requirements gathering and writing user stories for technical delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel for data visualization and reporting.
• Knowledge of Agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to assess priorities, identify risks, and propose viable solutions proactively.
• Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with workload automation tools (Control-M) will be a strong advantage.
