We are seeking a Lead SME – Cryptography to join our global technology and security organisation. This role focuses on cryptography security assurance reviews and providing cryptography consultancy services, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence across critical technology platforms.

You’ll be part of a highly skilled team collaborating with internal stakeholders and global functions, driving strong security practices and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the enterprise.

What you'll be doing

Process cryptography-related requests in ServiceNow within agreed SLAs.
Act as a subject matter expert to respond to cryptography queries promptly, escalating non-standard cases when required.
Identify process gaps, propose enhancements, and escalate issues to ensure service improvement.
Maintain and improve data quality within cryptography-related processes.
Support cryptography security assurance reviews, identifying risks and ensuring appropriate remediations.
Document all findings, activities, and recommendations to ensure transparency and compliance.

Motivation for professional development in Cryptography and Security domains.

Nice to have:

Previous experience working with service request management tools, e.g., ServiceNow.
Background in IT, security operations, or technology engineering.
Experience with delivering on security and regulatory requirements.
