Join our client’s team as a Cybersecurity Project Manager and take the lead in driving initiatives that deliver measurable business value while enhancing security capabilities.

As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will manage projects originating from multiple sources across the organization, including Operations, Regulatory, and Artificial Intelligence. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage stakeholder requirements and backlogs while ensuring seamless coordination across workstreams.
You will work to integrate new capabilities into existing environments, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality, cost, and time objectives. This is a high-visibility role pivotal for maintaining project integrity, alignment with governance standards, and achieving business outcomes.

• Progress and manage stakeholder requirements and backlogs.
• Define project governance, plan, and monitor progress against delivery milestones.
• Ensure quality assurance, internal consistency, and compliance with technical and corporate standards.
• Oversee budget management, cost allocation, and business benefit realization.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget constraints.
• Manage resources, third-party contributions, and dependencies across concurrent projects.
• Coordinate with business change managers to ensure a smooth transition to BAU (Business as Usual).
• Identify risks proactively, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and report project health at regular intervals.
• Promote focus, motivation, and ownership within project teams to maintain momentum.

• Proven track record in project management, preferably in cybersecurity or large-scale technology transformation programs.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of project governance, control mechanisms, and risk management.
• Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and benefits management processes.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor negotiation.
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• A solution-oriented mindset, able to anticipate issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
