Are you ready to work on modernizing enterprise applications and delivering scalable solutions in a cloud-native environment? We are looking for an experienced FullStack Engineer to help transition a portfolio of .NET and MSSQL applications to a modern Azure-based architecture, while continuing to enhance and maintain legacy applications.

LI- Hybrid - 6 days per month from the office in Kraków

• Design and implement backend services and REST APIs using .NET 6/8 with clean architecture principles.
• Develop and maintain React + TypeScript frontends and support incremental migration from legacy UIs.
• Refactor and extract business logic from legacy .NET (including ASP.NET MVC, WPF, WinForms) and T-SQL stored procedures.
• Build and maintain unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end tests using tools like xUnit, Jest, and Playwright/Cypress.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Extend application observability (metrics, logging, distributed tracing) and configure alerting for production stability.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and provide fixes that maintain uptime and security standards.
• Contribute to domain modeling and architectural decisions using DDD principles.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, provide accurate estimations, and define acceptance criteria.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET (Framework and .NET Core / .NET 6+).
• Advanced knowledge of Entity Framework Core and MSSQL, including performance tuning.
• Practical expertise in React and TypeScript for building responsive frontends.
• Proven experience building and securing REST APIs (authentication, validation, and versioning).
• Familiarity with Azure services (App Service, Functions, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Storage).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.
• Knowledge in observability tools (Application Insights, OpenTelemetry).
• Ability to work with legacy code and collaborate effectively in Agile teams.
• English proficiency for technical communication (B2+).

Nice to Have

• IaC experience with Terraform or Bicep.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) for containerized deployments.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright or Cypress e2e test automation.
• Background in monolith to microservices migration.
• Familiarity with SQL Server internals, performance profiling, and Azure certifications.
