What you'll be doing

Design, build, and maintain robust and reusable Java services for risk calculation and reporting.
Collaborate closely with globally distributed teams (Asia, UK, Poland) across business and technology domains.
Support the platform: resolve incidents, perform monitoring and problem management.
Take part in the full product lifecycle: problem discovery, prototyping, design, and implementation.
Actively contribute to Agile and DevOps culture, ensuring continuous improvement and streamlined delivery.

Who we're looking for

Apache Beam, Apache Flink, Redis
REST APIs, Jenkins, Ansible
Cloud platform: Google Cloud Platform

What We Expect

2+ years of experience in hybrid software development and business analysis roles.
Strong Java programming skills with knowledge of software lifecycle best practices.
Familiarity with Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) or OTC clearing business domains (a plus).
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills for working in globally distributed teams.
Self-motivation and willingness to learn new technologies and domains.
