Workforce Planning Analyst

The team operates in a fast-paced environment supporting the delivery of world-class products and services across the client wealth continuum. This role is crucial to helping achieve our client’s ambition of becoming a leading wealth manager in Asia and the Middle East.

What you'll be doing

Manage the day-to-day workforce plan for one or more service lines in partnership with Ops Managers.
Align workforce plans with strategy and ensure policy compliance.
Oversee contingent workforce management, including onboarding, offboarding, and tenure tracking.
Track recruitment processes and maintain high-quality workforce data.
Support scaled hiring strategies and insourcing initiatives.
Provide feedback on tooling enhancements and participate in UAT as required.
Drive continuous process improvements and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Who we're looking for

Analytical and detail-focused mindset with exceptional organizational skills.
Experience in managing workforce plans and recruitment process lifecycle.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of data mining and analytical analysis.
Proven experience working in global virtual teams.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
High level of autonomy and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders across global and regional levels.
