Are you passionate about vendor management, contract negotiations, and global technology operations? Join our client as a Vendor Manager and take ownership of the end-to-end commercial and contractual lifecycle for critical technology suppliers across an international footprint.

You’ll manage the contract lifecycle from start to finish, oversee renewals and amendments, coordinate third-party risk governance, and lead commercial negotiations aligned with strategic technology objectives. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, procurement, legal, risk, and operations teams, delivering cost optimization, performance accountability, and strong compliance outcomes across an expansive vendor ecosystem.

• Contract Lifecycle Management

  • Maintain contracts calendar, monitor renewals, and ensure timely actions.
  • Manage contract repositories and develop comprehensive contract maps for multi-year agreements.
  • Raise and coordinate PSRs in Coupa for agreements, renewals, amendments, and SOWs, engaging procurement early in the process.

• Commercial & Vendor Management

  • Support negotiations across pricing, licensing, SLAs, and contractual terms.
  • Drive strong outcomes in strategic vendor negotiations with a focus on cost, contractual control, and service quality.
  • Maintain supplier dialogues on commercials, risk, renewals, and performance management.

• Governance & Risk Control

  • Coordinate risk assessments with third-party governance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal approval workflows and governance requirements.

• Renewal Management & Reporting

  • Manage support renewal trackers and inventory trackers for hardware/software estates.
  • Validate vendor quotes, initiate renewals, and facilitate internal processing with stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, Product Owners, and Architects to ensure aligned outcomes.
  • Contribute to Supplier Business Reviews and internal governance reporting, including SLAs and incident performance.

• Proven experience in procurement and vendor management, ideally within technology or infrastructure.
• Strong contract negotiation skills across MSAs, amendments, call-offs, and SOWs.
• Familiarity with procurement/vendor tools and internal approval workflows.
• Effective stakeholder management across technology, procurement, legal, and risk domains.
• Highly organized, capable of managing parallel renewals and contract repositories.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills to present commercial and operational insights.
• Confident communication skills for supplier engagement and internal reporting.
• Business-level English proficiency; customer-first mindset and continuous improvement approach.
