Are you an experienced network professional with expertise in IT and OT infrastructure? We are looking for a Network Support Specialist to join a global technology team responsible for maintaining critical connectivity services across more than 50 countries.

What you'll be doing

Provide L2/L3 production support for global IT and OT network infrastructure, including Cisco Routers/Switches, Cisco ACI, Juniper Routers, Checkpoint Firewalls, F5, and DNS services.
Perform network troubleshooting to resolve incidents, restore services, and maintain desired performance levels.
Collaborate with Incident Management teams and OT stakeholders (e.g., Real Estate, Cybersecurity) during high-impact events.
Work within a global cross-functional team to provide round-the-clock network support.
Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce outages and enhance infrastructure reliability.
Prepare documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to Level 1 engineers and junior team members.
Participate in an on-call rotation for critical infrastructure support (additional allowance provided).

Who we're looking for

8+ years of experience in network technology support within a large enterprise environment.
Strong technical knowledge of Cisco Router/Switch, Cisco ACI, Juniper Routers, Checkpoint Firewall, DNS, F5.
In-depth understanding of network topologies and protocols.
Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools such as Splunk, Sevone, NetScout, and Wireshark.
Familiarity with ITIL and Agile frameworks.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
Proactive mindset, willingness to learn new technologies and adaptability to a fast-changing environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE).
Experience with network automation or Python scripting.
Exposure to cloud networking environments (GCP, AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).
