Join Our Client’s Team as IT End-to-End Development Lead – Drive Full Lifecycle Delivery Across Core Platforms

Are you an experienced technical delivery leader with a strong track record in end-to-end technology delivery and platform integrations? Our client is hiring an IT End-to-End Development Lead to lead high-impact technology change programs in a regulated financial environment.

What you'll be doing

1) End-to-End Technology Delivery Ownership

Own delivery across full lifecycle: scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
Drive planning (work breakdown, estimation, dependencies, and sequencing) and manage delivery governance (RAID, reporting, decision tracking).

2) Platform Delivery Leadership (Avaloq / Addepar)

Lead delivery involving Avaloq (wealth/core banking platform) and/or Addepar (portfolio/data reporting platform).
Coordinate data flows, integrations, onboarding, and reporting outputs across platforms.
Ensure readiness for connected interfaces, reconciliation methods, and operational controls.

3) Technical Leadership & Engineering Execution

Provide hands-on technical leadership across engineering disciplines while ensuring sound design decisions (APIs, batch, messaging).
Enforce quality gates: code review, static analysis, automated testing, CI/CD standards, and production readiness measures (monitoring, alerting).
Align architectures and security implementations to enterprise standards.

4) Cross-Team Coordination (Mandatory)

Act as central coordination point among engineering, infra, QA, operations, architecture, vendors, and product teams.
Run delivery ceremonies, design reviews, backlog refinements, and release readiness checks.
Manage complex dependencies, escalate proactively, and communicate clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

5) Testing, Release, Cutover, and Hypercare

Define end-to-end testing approach (unit, integration, regression, performance, security).
Coordinate environments, test data, defect triage, and go/no-go gates.
Lead cutover planning and execution with rollback strategies and strong early-life support.

6) Risk, Controls, and Compliance

Ensure adherence to SDLC controls, audit requirements, and operational risk frameworks.
Identify risks early, propose mitigations, and track remediations to closure.

Who we're looking for

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in end-to-end delivery leadership within complex enterprise contexts.
Strong technical grounding in modern delivery practices: SDLC, CI/CD, automated testing, and release management.
Deep capability in dependency management, risk handling, and stakeholder alignment.
Expertise in integration-heavy solutions (APIs, messaging, batch, data pipelines).
Ability to operate effectively in regulated financial services environments.

Platform Knowledge (Required: one platform, Preferred: both)

Avaloq (core banking/wealth platform, config and integration), and/or
Addepar (portfolio data reporting platform, onboarding, and flows).
Strong advantage: working knowledge of both, especially where data and reporting intersect.

Preferred

Private banking domain knowledge (portfolio positions, pricing, client reporting).
Familiarity with production observability, monitoring, and incident/problem management.
Experience with distributed global teams and vendor coordination across time zones.
