Data Science Specialist

We are seeking a Data Science Specialist who will play a key role in supporting our ML team. You will work on developing and validating advanced models, performing feature engineering, and ensuring data quality for analytics initiatives.

What you'll be doing

Support the ML team in end-to-end processes including feature engineering, model selection, training, validation, and testing.
Analyze large and complex datasets, ensuring they are optimized for project objectives.
Work closely with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of ML pipelines and automation processes.

Who we're looking for

Strong expertise in classical ML pipelines, including hands-on experience in model lifecycle management.
Proficiency in feature engineering techniques and experience with models such as:
- XGBoost, LightGBM, MLP, Autoencoders, etc.
Advanced SQL skills (both in standard language and through Python APIs, e.g., PySpark, pandas).
Knowledge of Apache Spark will be highly appreciated.
You are detail-oriented, diligent, and an excellent communicator.
