What you'll be doing

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and services
Work as part of a 4-6 person Agile team, pairing with other developers and a dedicated product owner
Take business requirements, decompose them into stories, and deliver iteratively to production
Provide production support as part of the team’s “build and support” culture
Proactively identify and reduce technical debt while delivering new features
Design and implement solutions following internal technology, security, and compliance guidelines
Collaborate with peers and share knowledge across global locations

Who we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in software development roles
Strong experience with Java and Python in a production environment
Deep understanding of Spring Framework, REST APIs, and event-driven systems
Good knowledge of microservices architecture and familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
Understanding of software engineering principles: SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD
Experience with version control, CI/CD, and automated testing
Ability to troubleshoot issues across front-end, back-end, and integrated systems
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a global Agile team

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience or interest in:
- Prompt engineering, LLM integrations (LangChain, LangGraph)
- Machine Learning, AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Data Science
- Clean Architecture, event streaming technologies
- JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React)
Prior experience in regulated enterprise environments
