Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of complex, high‑impact technology initiatives within a global infrastructure organisation.
This position plays a key role in shaping, planning, and delivering global change projects across infrastructure domains, ensuring that governance, financial control, and stakeholder management are executed to the highest standards.

You’ll coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams across regions and functions, manage dependencies and risks, and keep senior stakeholders engaged through clear, data‑driven reporting. • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex global IT infrastructure projects, from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budget, ensuring delivery to agreed quality standards.
• Apply structured delivery frameworks (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid) to promote consistent governance and disciplined execution.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery including risk, issue and dependency management, scope tracking, delivery metrics, and financial control.
• Ensure each initiative transitions smoothly into Business‑as‑Usual, meeting readiness requirements and capturing lessons for future improvement.
• Establish robust project governance and reporting mechanisms aligned with Group and Technology standards.
• Track and manage budget, costs (Opex / Capex), and resourcing; prepare executive financial reports and forecasts.
• Maintain compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
• Lead cross‑regional teams in a matrix environment, providing clarity, motivation, and removal of delivery blockers.
• Build strong partnerships across Technology, Finance, and Business Teams to align goals and secure sponsorship.
• Communicate clearly with senior executives, preparing board‑level briefings and progress updates.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices to strengthen delivery maturity and capability across the organisation.

• Proven track record in delivering IT infrastructure projects and programmes in large, global, and complex environments.
• Strong project management skills, including scope definition, scheduling, quality control, and benefits realisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities at all organisational levels.
• Solid experience in applying structured delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Financial acumen with experience in budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking.
• Ability to lead through influence in a global matrix organisation.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Formal certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI‑ACP).
• Experience with Enterprise IT Delivery Frameworks or transformation initiatives.
• Hands‑on familiarity with infrastructure domains such as networks, cloud, or data‑centre operations.
