IT Project Manager

You will collaborate with technical teams, product owners, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful planning, delivery, and adoption of this solution, driving modern engineering practices and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

Manage projects from definition to closure, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives are met
Act as the key liaison between technology teams, delivery managers, and product owners, ensuring alignment with change portfolios
Lead end-to-end planning and execution for application enhancements and rollouts
Partner with global teams to accelerate adoption and embed new ways of working
Facilitate risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with internal standards
Apply Agile project management principles, ensuring consistent delivery across workstreams

Who we're looking for

Skills & Experience (Required)

Strong experience in project management methodologies and best practices
Excellent understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience in Scrum environments
Practical knowledge of software delivery lifecycle and IT change management
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work across regions and maintain a global perspective

Nice to Have

Experience in software inventory management
Involvement in software agent rollouts and adoption initiatives
Familiarity with technology controls and compliance frameworks
Knowledge of software development lifecycle acceleration techniques
