What you'll be doing

Design and develop efficient, usable, and elegant Java code.
Build microservices for a high-performance trading platform.
Automate testing and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor production systems to ensure stability and reliability.
Collaborate directly with product owners and business stakeholders.

Who we're looking for

5+ years of experience with Java 17+ (Concurrency, low latency programming, lambdas)
Familiarity with TDD, JUnit, and continuous integration/deployment practices
Knowledge of REST, messaging technologies, and DevOps principles
Ability to leverage AI Coding Assistants for development
Problem-solving mindset and flexibility in dynamic environments
Strong passion for technology and innovation
Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Nice to Have

Knowledge of FX business or financial markets
Contribution to open-source projects or tech communities
