Senior AWS Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AWS Developer to join our global cloud engineering team as part of a strategic “Cloud First” initiative. The role involves building, automating, and supporting resilient, secure, and scalable AWS solutions for diverse enterprise projects across multiple regions.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an Agile and DevOps environment, collaborating with passionate engineers and architects to drive cloud adoption, improve operational efficiency, and build innovative automation solutions.

What you'll be doing

Work with application teams to design and deploy applications on AWS
Develop and automate solutions using Python, ensuring scalability and compliance
Write Terraform scripts for Infrastructure as Code deployments
Develop and enhance security controls and compliance dashboards
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Ansible
Provide on-call global support in a rotational model, leading major incident investigations when required
Continuously improve infrastructure, tools, and processes to drive automation and resilience

Who we're looking for

Proven, hands-on experience with:
- Python programming
- AWS Services across multiple domains
- CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Git, Ansible)
Understanding of DevOps practices, automation, and Agile methodologies
Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows administration
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage critical incidents

Nice to Have

Terraform experience for IaC deployments
Knowledge of non-functional testing
Experience working in regulated industries or strong understanding of compliance and risk management
Familiarity with CI/CD enhancements and cloud governance best practices
