Define and implement testing strategies across our products.
Work in customer-focused agile squads, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to define the next iteration of our platform.
Continuously improve testing strategies for new and existing products.
Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code for automated testing.
Build scalable automated testing systems to deliver value to customers quickly.
Support engineers in testing their software and act as a subject matter expert.
Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the future of quality engineering.
Drive the direction of our testing chapter to maintain the highest standards of technology and process.

Who we're looking for

Excellent programming skills in Java.
Hands-on experience with back-end and front-end test automation frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of software performance and automated security testing techniques.
Awareness of cloud infrastructure and configuration.
Strong understanding of Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD).
Experience delivering and testing distributed microservices in an agile environment.
Ability to work from Poland and attend the Warsaw office at least twice a month.
