Join a newly established engineering team building a strategic telemetry and product analytics platform. The project aims to collect, analyze, and visualize product telemetry data from applications across a global organization, enabling teams to gain valuable insights into application performance, user behavior, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

As one of the first engineers in the team, you will have a real impact on the platform's architecture, technology choices, development practices, and overall direction.

What you'll be doing

Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications and APIs.
Contribute to software architecture and technical decisions.
Analyze business requirements and propose technical improvements.
Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Support products throughout the full software development lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and internal customers.
Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability.

Who we're looking for

5+ years of experience in software development
Strong experience with Node.js
Experience building REST APIs / Web APIs
Strong SQL skills and database design experience, preferably PostgreSQL
Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with Git
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

Experience with Go
Frontend experience with React or Angular
Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS
Experience supporting production systems
Interest or hands-on experience with AI solutions, chatbots, or agentic AI approaches
