What you'll be doing

You'll step in as a Procurement Senior Analyst, working closely with project managers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to manage the full procurement lifecycle for complex mechanical and electrical infrastructure equipment. Your role will be central to driving continuous improvement across supply management – not just execution.

  • Manage and facilitate all facets of supply management activities between the client and its suppliers

  • Perform full contract lifecycle management: write, negotiate and manage commodity contracts

  • Handle the purchasing process for highly complex and visible infrastructure equipment – from quote verification through purchase order administration to project closeout

  • Track project deliverables including contract awards, submittals and equipment deliveries within established timelines

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with suppliers and manufacturers, actively managing performance in quality, service, delivery and total cost of ownership

  • Identify negotiation strategies and opportunities for cost reduction and risk mitigation

  • Execute procurement strategies aligned with group goals

  • Willingness to work across different time zones, including occasional availability outside standard business hours to support international projects and cross-regional teams

Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

What you get in return

  • B2B cooperation model
  • Hybrid work setup – remote days available depending on the client’s arrangements - 2 days a month from the office in Warszaw
  • Collaborative team culture – work alongside experienced professionals eager to share knowledge
  • Continuous development – access to training platforms and growth opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits – including Interpolska Health Care, Multisport card, Warta Insurance, and more
  • High quality equipment – laptop and essential software provided

Who we're looking for

Openness to occasional work outside business hours in support of international projects and cross-regional teams.

  • Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles, supplier performance metrics, and procurement best practices
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional language skills are advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a focus on value creation and compliance
Nice to Have
  • Experience with procurement systems or automated sourcing tools
  • Background in data center, infrastructure, or technology-driven procurement
  • Familiarity with risk assessment, compliance frameworks, and cost modeling
