Technical Specialist – File Transmission

Mindbox is looking for a Technical Specialist – File Transmission on behalf of our global client, to join an international team responsible for managing secure file transfers and vulnerability remediation activities.

You’ll have the chance to broaden your knowledge of IBM products and work on diverse vulnerability remediation projects, contributing to the overall stability and security of enterprise-level systems.

What you'll be doing

Implement, configure, and operate IBM SFG, Control Center, IBM CD, Secure Proxy, and External Authentication Server.
Manage and support secure data transfers using sFTP, AS2, and HTTPS protocols.
Participate in system upgrades and vulnerability remediation projects.
Collaborate with a global team to ensure secure and reliable file transfer operations.
Occasionally support implementation activities outside standard working hours (including weekends, if needed).

Who we're looking for

2–3 years of experience in similar roles (File Transfer / IBM SFG administration).
Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) or related IBM tools.
Solid understanding of secure transfer protocols such as sFTP, AS2, HTTPS.
System administration experience with Windows and Linux.
Fluent English – the entire recruitment process is conducted in English.

Nice to have

Knowledge of Control Center, Secure Proxy, or External Authentication Server.
Understanding of enterprise vulnerability management processes.
