Strategic Business Change Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Business Change Manager who will act as a key bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring that systems meet business requirements effectively. This position is cross-functional, requiring strong stakeholder management, process knowledge, and continuous improvement mindset. • Serve as the primary interface between business and IT for system-related matters
• Provide consultative guidance on system capabilities and alignment with business processes
• Drive system optimisation, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Offer first-line production support for business-critical applications, including resolving user issues before IT escalation
• Manage user access governance, including new profiles and access logs for audit readiness
• Ensure data integrity, system stability, and operational resilience
• Coordinate business-led system development and enhancements
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensure timely business sign-off for releases and initiatives
• Plan and support system implementation and release management activities
• Identify risks, participate in assurance activities, and ensure minimal disruption to live processes
• Provide SME input into projects, releases, and business testing

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Receivables Finance Operational Support:

  • Manage production incidents and coordinate resolution with IT for critical issues (e.g., payment feed failures)
  • Provide BAU support for IFAI system, including transaction-related queries, credit limit updates, and monitoring

• Access & Controls Management:

  • Manage generic and user-specific access requests, maintain segregation of duties, and ensure audit readiness

• Testing & Assurance:

  • Perform UAT for initiatives including e-invoicing, ISO updates, TESSI invoicing, and digital reporting enhancements
  • Support release testing and defect resolution as SME

• Business Analysis & Change Support:

  • Participate in business-led initiatives, including forecast and actual booking records for Receivables Finance products
  • Perform manual business entries and ensure accurate reporting across regions

• Strong understanding of business processes in finance or trade services
• Hands-on experience in production support for business-critical applications
• Familiarity with access governance and audit compliance
• Ability to manage testing cycles and coordinate defect resolution effectively
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in incident triage and change implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently

• Previous experience in Receivables Finance, Trade Finance, or Banking operations
• Familiarity with platforms/tools like IFAI or similar transaction processing systems
• Practical knowledge of automation and process optimisation
