Are you passionate about connecting business needs with data‑driven technology solutions? We’re looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team and drive the design, delivery, and optimization of functional and data workflows across platforms supporting the financial and technology domains.

You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, actionable solutions — ensuring clear communication, structured analysis, and high‑quality delivery across the project lifecycle.

• Work closely with business and technology teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional and data solutions.
• Educate business partners on how platform capabilities can address their needs and suggest enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with solution architects to translate functional requirements into technical design; support data analysis to validate quality, coverage, and consistency.
• Document business problems, benefits, expected outcomes, solution definitions, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with technology test teams or conduct hands‑on testing to validate solutions against expectations and ensure timely sign‑off.
• Support initial deployments, helping business and technology teams address post‑implementation issues.
• Maintain effective communication across all phases of the project, using Agile methodologies and project reporting standards.

#Li-hybrid - 2 days a week in the office in Krakow

• Proven ability to take ownership of deliverables and outcomes, ensuring timely and high‑quality results.
• Flexibility to work across time zones or extended hours when necessary to align with business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills — ability to produce clear, consistent, and validated deliverables tailored to diverse audiences.
• Cross‑functional collaboration mindset — able to work effectively with multiple teams and support initiatives across platforms.
• Logical, data‑driven, and solution‑oriented approach to problem solving.
• Experience preparing and presenting analysis findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills — capable of anticipating trends and designing improvements proactively.
• Fast learner with the ability to understand complex processes, systems, and data flows quickly.
• Excellent communication — able to work independently while being a strong team player.

Technical Skills

• Hands‑on experience performing data analysis using Spark, Scala, and Hadoop.
• Experience within banking or financial services is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with HDFS filesystems, Unix, and Quantexa software is advantageous.
• Understanding of Cloud platforms is a plus.
