Software Engineer – Identity & Access Management

Join our client's team, where you'll play a key role in shaping a next-generation Identity & Access Management platform at one of the world's leading global financial institutions. Your contribution will help deliver high-impact solutions in cybersecurity – enterprise IAM at global scale, built on modern cloud-native and identity-first architecture.

You'll step in as a Software Engineer – Identity & Access Management, working closely with IAM architects, platform engineers, security engineers, and product owners to design, develop, and operate enterprise-grade identity capabilities.

#LI-Hybrid – 6x/month from the office in Kraków

• Developing and maintaining cloud-native identity services and platform components; building APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations
• Implementing authentication, authorisation, and identity federation capabilities (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM); supporting Human Identity, Agent Identity, and Workload Identity solutions
• Developing Policy-as-Code integrations and authorisation services; building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code where required
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation; supporting deployments across DEV/TEST/PROD environments
• Developing secure integrations with enterprise identity platforms and third-party services; ensuring solutions meet security, performance, and resilience requirements
• Participating in peer code reviews, design reviews, and Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Supporting monitoring, logging, and operational observability; troubleshooting and resolving application and integration issues
• Producing technical documentation and operational runbooks; identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement

• Solid software engineering background with hands-on cloud-native development experience
• API development and microservices architecture (REST APIs, event-driven architecture)
• Knowledge of identity standards: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM
• Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps
• Secure coding practices and experience with testing and automation
• Ability to work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum teams across complex, global organisations

Nice to have:

• Experience with Policy-as-Code and authorisation service patterns
• Exposure to Workload Identity or Agent Identity concepts
• Background in enterprise IAM platforms or identity federation at scale
• Experience working in highly regulated financial or enterprise environments
