Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our client’s team, reporting to a Development Manager within the Client Connectivity domain. This role encompasses the entire software development lifecycle – from analysis and design to development, testing, and production support. There are no separate teams, so versatility and adaptability are key.

What you'll be doing

Transform business strategy into robust technical solutions and contribute to the technical vision.
Own design and development tasks throughout the full software lifecycle, writing secure, maintainable, and high-quality code.
Collaborate closely with developers, testers, analysts, and architects in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
Identify and reduce technical debt, drive performance improvements, and promote reusability.
Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with target architecture.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Foster DevOps best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and operational readiness.
Participate in production support, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis to enhance system reliability.

Who we're looking for

6+ years of experience in software development in Agile and Waterfall environments.
Strong back-end development skills with Java and Spring Framework (RESTful APIs).
Experience with databases: Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and tools like Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube.
Knowledge of Agile frameworks, DAD, and engineering best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and a proactive mindset.

Nice to have

Spring Cloud, MuleSoft, Seeburger, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Docker, test automation frameworks (JUnit).
