Join Our Client as an IT Business Analyst – KYC & Client Onboarding

Are you passionate about business analysis, global collaboration, and building client-focused solutions? Our client is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join the Corporate and Institutional Banking Client Services team, working on complex KYC and onboarding initiatives to deliver cutting-edge solutions for client lifecycle management.

What you'll be doing

Analyze, evaluate, and document OBKYC (onboarding and KYC) requirements with CIB Client Services teams.
Manage the implementation of solutions across onboarding and KYC renewal workflows, covering data integration and orchestration.
Document business and IT process flows, delivering clear and actionable requirements.
Engage with stakeholders to provide consultation and handle product-related queries or issues.
Support and influence product owners to prioritize features based on global business requirements.
Identify, report, and mitigate delivery and operational risks.
Contribute to a high-performing BA team and mentor junior team members.
Drive collaboration across regional teams and global stakeholders to maintain delivery alignment.
Partner with engineering and architecture teams to anticipate and resolve design implications.
Participate in testing activities, including manual test execution.

Who we're looking for

Required Skills & Experience:

Extensive understanding of KYC, client onboarding, and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
Proven experience in business analysis within global banking projects.
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to capture functional and non-functional requirements as user stories.
Familiarity with development processes, prioritization methods, and software delivery cycles.
Experience in customer data integration development and large-scale system integrations.
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with ability to present and influence stakeholders.
Prior engagement in manual testing and close collaboration with engineering teams.

Nice to Have:

Practical background in software development or coding practices.
Previous experience supporting global banking domains and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
