We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Senior Project Manager to lead a multi-year enterprise cryptography transformation programme, delivering Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) capabilities across multiple global workstreams. The role is highly strategic and hands-on, involving technical leadership, financial oversight, and engagement with cross-functional teams to meet critical security and compliance objectives.

This position requires subject-matter expertise in cryptography and certificate management, combined with the ability to oversee large-scale technology programmes and multi-million USD budgets.

What you'll be doing

Own end-to-end programme delivery for PKI and CLM:
- Scope, planning, RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and governance execution.
Manage budget and financial governance, including forecasting, vendor spend, and multi-million USD programme controls.
Lead and align multiple workstreams delivering certificates automation, crypto standards implementation, and operational readiness.
Act as a subject-matter leader for CLM and PKI:
- Provide expertise on certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, key lifecycle management, and standard crypto practices.
Drive stakeholder collaboration across Cybersecurity, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Risk/Compliance, and external vendors.
Ensure programme delivery aligns with business objectives, security policies, resilience, and audit requirements.
Deliver executive-level reporting, steering committee updates, and ensure governance compliance.

Who we're looking for

Proven experience in Cybersecurity or Technology Programme Management for large-scale, multi-year initiatives (e.g., technology transformations, migrations, or security control rollouts).
Strong hands-on knowledge of PKI and Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and solutions.
Ability to manage multiple technical workstreams and successfully engage at both technical and senior stakeholder governance levels.
Track record of financial leadership: managing multi-million USD budgets, supplier negotiations, and vendor oversight.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with cryptography standards and protocols (e.g., TLS, X.509 certificates, OCSP/CRL).
Previous experience working in regulated environments (finance, banking, or similar) ensuring compliance with strict controls.
