Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering technology projects in complex environments? Our client is seeking a skilled professional to join their Cybersecurity Assessment and Testing team, supporting global initiatives aimed at enhancing cyber resilience across multiple domains including Threat and Controls Assessment (TCA), AI-driven capabilities, process automation, and cloud security.

LI-Hybrid - 6 days per month from the Cracow office

• Deliver and manage strategic TCA projects including AI use case implementation, automation solutions, and application migrations.
• Own the delivery of full project lifecycle: scope definition, project plans, governance, testing, deployment, and transition to BAU.
• Manage end-to-end architecture delivery book of work including operational and system delivery compliance requirements.
• Produce accurate status reporting, risk logs, and governance documentation for multiple stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of agile ways of working, managing project delivery pods for consistent outcomes.
• Track, mitigate, and escalate delivery risks, issues, and dependencies early.
• Work collaboratively with multiple functions including vendors, ITSO teams, QA, and delivery leads.
• Ensure delivery remains on schedule and budget, while adhering to security and compliance standards.

Technical & Delivery Expertise

• Demonstrated experience managing technology projects in enterprise-scale environments.
• Hands-on expertise in agile project delivery and related tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Knowledge of project lifecycle, governance practices, and change control processes.
• Experience producing business process documentation and test plans.

Soft Skills

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Highly organized with excellent planning and reporting capabilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills, with proactive risk and dependency management.
