Are you passionate about leading Agile delivery and driving technology and business change? We’re looking for an Agile Delivery Manager who will empower cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives efficiently, on time, and in line with agreed governance and quality standards.

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in collaboration, values continuous improvement, and enjoys balancing delivery leadership with hands‑on scrum coordination and risk management.

What you'll be doing

Lead Agile ceremonies, planning, prioritisation and delivery tracking.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business and technology.
Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and impediments.
Provide clear reporting on progress, delivery health and key decisions.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, Product Owners and delivery partners.
Promote collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement.
Ensure all deliveries meet established policies, standards and governance requirements.
Support resource planning, release planning and benefits tracking.

Who we're looking for

Experience managing Agile delivery within a complex or regulated organisation.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving skills.
Proven ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies and governance processes.
Ability to collaborate across business and technology teams to align delivery objectives.
Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments is beneficial.
Agile or project management certification (e.g. Scrum Master, PMI‑ACP, SAFe) is an advantage.
