As an AI Engineer, you’ll design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure reliable and high-quality outputs. You’ll build and implement advanced AI solutions utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases to transform complex financial data into actionable insights.

You will also collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and business experts, taking projects through the entire lifecycle — from problem discovery and prototyping to production-grade deployment.

What you'll be doing

Design, test, and optimize prompts for LLMs to support Credit & Lending applications.
Develop and implement RAG-based AI solutions leveraging vector databases.
Participate across all stages of the solution lifecycle — from ideation to deployment.
Apply best practices in AI to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business experts to align goals.
Write clean, testable, and reusable code.
Use cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) for model development, deployment, and scaling.
Co-author architecture and solution designs, supporting live production systems.

Who we're looking for

Languages & Frameworks

Python (3+ years), Java (regular).
FastAPI, LangChain, Data containers, Spring.

Databases & Infrastructure

SQL databases (PostgreSQL), Vector databases, Redis (KV stores).
Azure / GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GCP Cloud Build).
Experience with containers and cloud-native architectures.

AI & ML Expertise

Knowledge of LLMs and their usage on domain-specific data.
Experience with RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI architectures.
ML, NLP, and deep learning experience, including experimentation and model development.

Engineering Practices

Microservices architecture and observability concepts.
Strong understanding of API design and concurrency models.
Practical experience with TDD and BDD methodologies.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Ability to convey technical details to diverse business and technical audiences.
