As a Full Stack Development Engineer, you will design, build, and support solutions across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to shape best‑in‑class technology products that deliver effective and measurable business results.

What you'll be doing

Participate in software architecture design and influence technology decisions.
Develop backend and frontend components in Node.js, ensuring adherence to best‑practice Design Patterns.
Analyse complex functional and technical requirements, recommending improvements and optimisations.
Create and maintain clear technical documentation for developed features and solutions.
Design and build application prototypes to validate designs and concepts.
Manage change processes throughout the Service Management lifecycle.
Actively contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the SDLC.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and deliver appropriate, scalable solutions.

Who we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in backend development.
Solid hands‑on experience with Node.js and Web API development.
Strong database design and SQL skills (preferably PostgreSQL).
Demonstrated understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.
English level – B2 or higher.

Nice to Have

Experience with Go, React, or Angular 2+.
Frontend skills: JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS.
Exposure to production support environments and Service Management processes.
Interest in developing skills in automation, testing, and operational resilience.
