Connectivity Carrier Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing all carrier-related operations and relationships in the EMEA region, ensuring optimal service performance, compliance, and value for the organization. This position involves managing multiple carriers, defining processes, ensuring contractual compliance, and developing partnerships across procurement, finance, and technical teams.

What you'll be doing

Build and maintain an up-to-date carrier inventory, ensuring full visibility of services and resources
Monitor and report on carrier performance, including service levels and compliance with requirements
Define governance and implement processes for service tracking, contract management, and performance reporting
Work closely with procurement and finance teams to achieve optimal commercial agreements
Develop strong relationships with 3rd party carriers and internal stakeholders globally
Participate in contract negotiations, renewals, and RFP processes
Provide clear communication and reporting to senior management on carrier strategy and performance

Who we're looking for

Proven experience in technology infrastructure and carrier management, ideally in a large, complex organization
Knowledge of telecom services, circuits, and associated technologies
Background in managing IT infrastructure in regulatory environments
Experience with vendor and third-party management in a global context
Strong business acumen with ability to engage in commercial negotiations
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Professional and positive approach, adaptable to change, and skilled in building strong working relationships
Previous Financial Services experience is an advantage
