The role requires strong coordination skills to manage delivery across multiple vendors and internal partners, while maintaining predictable service performance and a consistent learner experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented and collaborative professional who enjoys working at the intersection of learning, technology, and operational delivery.

Sounds like your kind of challenge?

  • Own colleague communications throughout the process — providing clear updates and consistent messaging to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Track and mitigate operational risks and issues, escalating and driving resolutions to ensure service continuity.

2) Demand Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with cybersecurity teams to capture training and certification needs aligned to role requirements and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as learning platform owners, SMEs, and programme leads to validate requirements and remove delivery blockers.
  • Support service planning, including demand forecasting, learning schedules, and communication cycles.

3) Service Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Collect and maintain accurate service data to enable robust operational oversight.
  • Produce MI and reporting (weekly / monthly) covering volumes, cycle times, completion rates, and exceptions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including standardised templates, clear handoffs, and automation to enhance service efficiency and accuracy.
