We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable applications using .NET and React technologies. If you are passionate about great design, coding standards, and DevOps automation — this is your opportunity to join a high-performing technology team.

#LI-Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office in Kraków

• Implement solutions following established design patterns and engineering best practices.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and propose effective improvements.
• Lead UI/UX enhancements to improve usability and application stability.
• Engage in DevOps automation and drive improvements in CI/CD lifecycle.
• Manage changes according to service management lifecycle principles.
• Participate in software architecture design and contribute to prototype development.
• Deliver exceptional customer support by troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process. 

• 7+ years of professional experience in production application development within the .NET ecosystem.
• Strong C# and Web API development expertise; knowledge of secure and scalable backend services.
• Hands-on experience with React for building interactive and high-performance web interfaces.
• Strong database design and SQL skills, particularly with SQL Server (T-SQL, query optimization, performance tuning).
• Experience in DevOps, including continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring practices.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) – from requirements gathering to production deployment and maintenance.
• Analytical mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for code quality and performance.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) required; Polish language proficiency is an advantage.
