Senior Intelligent Automation Consultant

For our Intelligent Automation & AI team, we are looking for a Senior Intelligent Automation Consultant who will participate in the design, development, and implementation of business process automation solutions using UiPath technology and modern AI tools.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a consulting mindset, ensures high-quality solutions, and is eager to share knowledge with the team.

• Design, develop, and implement Intelligent Automation solutions using the UiPath platform.
• Provide technical leadership for projects and oversee the quality of delivered solutions.
• Analyze and model business processes for automation opportunities.
• Design solution architectures for RPA, IDP (Intelligent Document Processing), and AI initiatives.
• Support testing, deployments, and production environment stabilization activities.
• Define and enhance development, project, and architecture standards.
• Mentor and support team members, and participate in recruitment processes.
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with clients, as well as participate in client presentations and sales workshops.
• Support clients in identifying and prioritizing automation initiatives.
• Prepare solution concepts, pricing proposals, and effort estimations during presales activities.
• Contribute to the development of the Intelligent Automation & AI service offering, including topics related to Agentic AI and Generative AI.

• At least 5 years of experience in RPA / Intelligent Automation.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with UiPath.
• Proven experience leading implementation projects independently.
• Experience collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of REFramework and software development best practices.
• Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Understanding of system integrations (APIs, data files, web services).
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software engineering best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with UiPath Document Understanding.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Python, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Knowledge of solutions based on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or other CI/CD tools.
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or Team Leader.
