QA Engineer

We’re looking for detail-oriented QA Engineers to join a high-performing Quality Engineering team, ensuring end-to-end quality for our next-generation SaaS/BaaS platform. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full QA lifecycle, delivering robust, secure, and resilient product experiences for customers in a complex, microservices-driven environment.

What you'll be doing

Plan, design, and execute comprehensive end-to-end test strategies for new features and existing functionalities.
Create and maintain reusable test scripts and manage effective test data coverage.
Prepare and manage detailed defect reports, triaging issues, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with technical teams.
Debug and troubleshoot issues by analysing logs and using appropriate tools.
Balance testing coverage with fast-paced release cycles without compromising quality.
Engage in UAT processes with clients, ensuring smooth communication and detailed feedback reporting.
Uphold engineering quality standards; share findings and best practices with development teams to enhance QA maturity.

Who we're looking for

Proven experience in manual and end-to-end testing, including QA strategy and test planning in SaaS or BaaS environments.
Solid understanding of test design, case creation, script development, and data management practices.
Expertise in identifying defects, resolving complex issues, and analysing system behaviour across microservices and front-end architectures.
Comfort with analysing logs, using debugging tools, and working within diverse technology stacks.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination and UAT support.
Ability to manage priorities effectively, balancing depth of testing with business timelines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with BrowserStack or similar test platforms and mobile simulators.
Understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and integration testing best practices.
Familiarity with the Test Pyramid, automated testing concepts, and CI/CD environments.
