Business Analyst Endpoint Protection

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Business Analyst to support the Endpoint Protection Security function within a global Cybersecurity organisation.

This role acts as a bridge between technical teams, security operations, and business stakeholders to ensure effective protection of endpoints across the enterprise. You’ll drive the analysis, documentation, and translation of security and operational needs into actionable requirements, supporting the design and deployment of advanced endpoint protection solutions.

• Gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements related to endpoint protection, device hardening, and malware detection.
• Translate security needs into user stories, process flows, and solution specifications.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and technology teams to design, evaluate, and deliver security solutions.
• Support deployment and configuration of endpoint protection platforms (e.g. CrowdStrike, Trellix).
• Identify opportunities to improve security posture and control effectiveness.
• Analyse data, workflows, and customer journeys to enhance operational efficiency and reporting.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure business alignment throughout delivery.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or IT operations.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security technologies (EDR/XDR, malware detection, device hardening).
• Experience working with CrowdStrike, Trellix, or similar protection platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in process modelling, data analysis, and use of reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, project management practices, and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience leading or mentoring junior analysts.
• Background in regulated, enterprise‑scale environments.
• Understanding of risk management, compliance, or security frameworks.
