Join our Operational Resilience regulatory programme as a Senior Analyst, a role where your work will shape decision-making, strengthen governance, and help meet critical regulatory outcomes. This position demands deep data-driven analysis, translating complex technology and service data into clear actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Your insights will play a pivotal role in identifying risk hotspots, improving resilience controls, and delivering accurate and transparent management information to support regulatory compliance and executive governance decisions.

• Own analysis and insight for Operational Resilience metrics, focusing on technology assets, resilience controls, and remediation progress
• Develop high-quality executive MI, producing dashboards, deep-dive packs, and concise narratives that highlight risks, trends, and required decisions
• Drive data quality improvements, identify root causes of data gaps, and coordinate remediation with owners
• Map end-to-end service dependencies across technology and process layers to ensure resilience compliance readiness
• Support governance with audit-ready evidence, material for oversight forums, and regulatory deliverables
• Create repeatable reporting and automation solutions, improving metrics collection and visualisation through tools such as Power BI/Tableau and advanced analytics
• Utilise AI-enabled techniques where appropriate to accelerate data classification, generate insights, and summarise trends—ensuring validations and controls are maintained
• Track and communicate remediation status, escalating risks where necessary to leadership

• Strong analytical capability to transform complex datasets into decision-ready insights
• Experience in Operational Resilience, regulatory programmes, technology risk, or related governance functions
• Proven stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence senior forums
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills, including clear narratives that explain implications and recommended actions
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and visualisation platforms like Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with asset inventories or CMDB-style data and service mapping methodologies
• Comfort working with AI-enabled analytics tools combined with an understanding of validation and control requirements
• Strong sense of ownership with the ability to follow through on actions and continuously improve processes

• Exposure to cybersecurity or risk frameworks in large organisations
• Knowledge of operational resilience regulatory requirements
• Experience creating standardised dashboards, metrics, and KPIs for governance environments
