Quantum Project Manager

Your contribution will help deliver high-impact solutions in cybersecurity – quantum-safe technology at enterprise scale, within a highly regulated financial institution.

#LI-Hybrid - 6x/month from the office in Kraków

• Leading delivery of quantum technology initiatives using Agile practices; establishing and maintaining delivery plans, sprint/release milestones, RAID logs, and delivery metrics aligned to programme OKRs
• Driving execution across multiple workstreams (e.g. Discovery & Inventory, Risk Assessment & Prioritisation, Migration Design & Crypto-agility, Policy/Standards/Guardrails, Vendor Readiness, Mitigation & Remediation, Innovation & Development) and ensuring transparent status reporting
• Actively managing and unblocking impediments across teams, including technology, architecture, procurement, and vendor dependencies
• Ensuring delivery remains compliant with governance and control expectations; coordinating decisioning and escalations through the programme governance model with clear audit trails
• Producing management information and dashboards to evidence progress and support SteerCo-ready reporting and decision-making
• Partnering with Product Owner(s) to translate priorities into an executable backlog and delivery roadmap; maintaining a single view of delivery commitments, sequencing, and capacity across teams
• Managing senior stakeholder communications across Group Cybersecurity, GB/GIs, architecture, engineering, ITSOs, and control functions
• Identifying, managing, and communicating cross-estate dependencies; coordinating delivery with third parties and vendors to support quantum-safe outcomes
• Supporting controlled PoCs and pilot deployments for quantum-safe techniques while maintaining delivery discipline and governance

Must have:

• Demonstrable experience as an Agile Project Manager / Delivery Manager in complex, cross-technology programmes
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile delivery with the ability to operate effectively in a highly regulated environment
• Proven governance and delivery management skills: planning, RAID management, dependency mapping, milestone management, and benefits tracking
• Advanced use of JIRA, combined with strong MI and reporting capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across senior technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have:

• Experience delivering Quantum Technologies initiatives (quantum-safe/PQC, cryptography modernisation, PKI, TLS/IPsec uplift) or adjacent deep-tech transformations
• Background in cybersecurity engineering delivery and control environments
• Prior experience delivering within highly regulated financial institutions
• Experience coordinating vendor-led engineering deliveries and procurement/commercial processes in an Agile delivery context
