Lead Global IAM Transformation as a Delivery Lead!

Are you ready to manage complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) programmes in a global organisation? Join our client’s team as a Delivery Lead and drive the execution of a transformational programme that will redefine IAM at scale.

Our client is launching a multi-year IAM transformation programme – Project Orbit – aimed at bridging modern identity technologies with the scale of a global bank. As an IAM Delivery Lead, you’ll manage critical workstreams, guide stakeholders, and ensure seamless delivery in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
You’ll play a hands-on role in planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement while driving the adoption of new IAM capabilities and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.

What you'll be doing

Manage multiple Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) workstreams across global business units.
Use programme reporting practices to ensure JIRA and Confluence are updated and accurate.
Identify blockers and work with teams to mitigate risks and keep progress on track.
Work with stakeholders to agree on priorities and deliver to the agreed schedule.
Handle changes to scope, resourcing, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Produce weekly status reports detailing progress, risks, and issues.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to achieve delivery objectives.

Who we're looking for

Strong project management expertise, with experience managing large-scale technology programmes.
Previous hands-on experience in delivering IAM projects.
Good understanding of IAM and security controls, including governance capabilities.
Technical awareness of DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD tooling, Cloud environments, and on-premises infrastructure.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
Knowledge of regulatory and audit requirements related to IAM.
Proactive, self-motivated team player with a problem-solving mindset.

Desired Skills:

PM qualifications (Prince2, PMP).
Experience as Scrum Master or Lead in large-scale digital/security programmes.
Hands-on experience with JIRA and agile workflow tools.
