Are you passionate about Generative AI, LLM technologies, and building scalable AI solutions for business applications? We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions integrated into enterprise platforms.

#LI-Hybrid - 1- 2 times a week in the Warsaw office (depending on the manager)

What you'll be doing

Design and develop AI-driven solutions leveraging Generative AI and LLMs.
Build and integrate AI components into business applications.
Develop robust prototypes and production-ready implementations in Python.
Collaborate with data teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver AI innovation.
Ensure quality and security controls, including governance and compliance standards.
Document designs and perform QA/testing for reliability and performance.

Who we're looking for

5+ years in IT, with strong experience in AI and/or Machine Learning solution development.
Proven hands-on expertise with Generative AI and LLM models.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Knowledge of production deployment practices and AI integration patterns.
Familiarity with security standards and data protection principles.
Good communication skills and proficiency in both English and Polish (required)

Nice to Have:

Experience with Azure AI Foundry or Azure Databricks.
Background in MLOps lifecycle and agent-based AI solutions.
Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., finance).
