Senior Azure Cloud Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Azure Cloud Engineer to join our client’s global Azure Cloud Services team. In this role, you will design, build, and manage highly resilient, scalable, and performant Azure infrastructure using automation and Infrastructure-as-Code principles. You will work closely with engineering, security, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure-by-design solutions, fully aligned with enterprise-level security and compliance standards.

What you'll be doing

Build and manage the Azure foundation platform enabling application deployments.
Engineer and deploy solutions on Azure using Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform).
Manage full lifecycle of functional patterns – design, documentation, development, and maintenance of the code library.
Integrate and configure centrally provided Azure services (IAM, networking, monitoring, OS, Containers).
Manage Azure connectivity and networking (ExpressRoute, DNS, IP allocation, NSGs, Azure Firewall).
Ensure compliance with security and operational risk standards (network, OS, logging, resiliency).

Who we're looking for

Hands-on experience building Azure-based services and solutions.
Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines across multiple technology stacks.
Solid understanding of security and compliance in the cloud, including IAM and auditing/monitoring tools.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to collaborate across global IT teams.
Excellent English communication.
