Are you passionate about network operations and incident management? We are looking for an OT Network Support Analyst to join a global technology team ensuring stability and operational resilience for critical network and call center infrastructure across more than 50 countries.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary contact for telecom/OT network incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
  • Facilitate and participate in root cause analysis and improvement strategies to prevent recurring issues.
  • Monitor infrastructure health and proactively address potential service disruptions.
  • Liaise with vendors to raise tickets and drive resolution activities without impacting business operations.
  • Collaborate with global teams in a Follow-the-Sun support model, ensuring 24/7 service coverage.
  • Participate in incident management processes, adhering to agreed business and IT service levels.
  • Contribute to process optimization and standardization, ensuring continuous service improvement.
  • Support crisis calls by coordinating participants, setting resolution priorities, and communicating status updates.

Who we're looking for

  • Strong knowledge of data network topologies and protocols (knowledge of OT networks is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with incident management and ITIL/Agile standards.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify improvements for proactive fault detection.
  • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities for coordinating complex incidents.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and weekends as part of a global 24/7 support team.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.
