Are you passionate about coordination, stakeholder engagement and delivering operational excellence? Our client is looking for a Private Cloud PMO Officer to play a key role in driving alignment, reporting, and governance in a critical enterprise domain.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative team and work at the heart of technology governance. As a PMO Officer, you will manage the operating rhythm across the Private Cloud domain, ensuring structured business cadence, stakeholder alignment, and consolidated reporting for senior management.

#LI-Hybrid – 2 days on-site, 3 days remote/week in Krakow

• Run the operating rhythm (business cadence) across the Private Cloud domain.
• Own and facilitate key governance forums and ensure consistent agenda management.
• Collaborate with Business Management, Risk, Transformation, and Portfolio Management teams to align key initiatives and activities.
• Prepare and optimize reporting packs for various audiences, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Provide general PMO support to leadership and stakeholders: clarity, progress tracking, and timely decision-making through structured frameworks.
• Support leadership with team administration tasks and third-party contract extensions.

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for data, metrics, and detailed reporting.
• Ability to distil complex data into meaningful insights for different stakeholder levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills: able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple activities, and deliver on time.
• Familiarity with tools: JIRA, Clarity, Confluence, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills.
• Passion for innovation, especially in developing AI-driven solutions for process optimization.
• Agile mindset, problem-solving capability, and a proactive approach.
